While records are tumbling for high ratings of open-windows x-windokus, the highest rating for a standard x-windoku that I can find is 11.2. Here's a higher one:

I could not find a (current) list of Windoku / SudokuW puzzles in this thread, so I have been running a collector for some time and keep an update of the results on my website here.
The current list contains 18778 puzzles with 11 clues.

I downloaded the 18778 Windokus, and I was going to rate some of them in batches.
Straight off, I hit a problem: SE reports the 9th in the list has multiple solutions.
Can anyone confirm/disprove this?

It has at least 2000 solutions.
