feel free to start a SE rating anomaly thread under Interactive Games

anomalies of Sudoku Explainer have been noticed mostly during the Patterns Game

however i'd like to suggest that the discussion of such anomalies
belongs in Software

a link to that discussion
should be added in the head post of the present Topic

Did you mean a link to that particular thread ? (I see you've added a couple of items just recently).

The author has an item in the FAQ, under "The Sudoku Explainer does not make me coffee!", that reads:

The Sudoku Explainer is freeware, and its author is lazy. Do not expect new features, and even bug fixes, to be implemented.

If the purpose in getting a collection of anomolies together, is to provide something that might help
in identifying and fixing bugs in the parts of the code that have to do with how puzzles get rated,
then given the first post in that thread, I wouldn't want to be the one to contact him and ask
him to have a look at it.
