The puzzle is recognized and rated 5.3 as well,
So I am nearly sure that I did not produce another one.

Speaking of [sudoku] clues, then, unless it's an unheard of 6.3 or similar, it must be 11.9. But, given the table of highest ratings by clue count (below), that would way off scale for 25 clues! A real surprise.

So, it was indeed 'an unheard of 6.3 or similar'. The only other ER ratings with a single entry are:
