Mike, nice rating, but your puzzle is not minimal.

Dear JPF,
I've been away so long and the rules appear to have changed. That's OK, but could you perhaps consolidate all changes into your initial post in this thread, otherwise I, and others, risk tripping up again.

I find out 15 ratings with minimal, but it is too late to post. There are still many ratings roaming around, such as 2.5, 8.3, 8.5,... but my minimal operation is poor, I can't find them out.
