Indeed. Only 1 possible puzzle/solution (with 123456789 in the first row):

and not one extra cell solved with logical methods (only BruteForce/BackTrack found that single solution)

The first Windmill should be within your range.
Don't forget that a Windoku has 4 visible extra houses and 5 hidden.

I looked at that one again. Maybe it's doable for me. I thought that it required Turbot Fish, but apparently that was referring to another puzzle in that post.

It is "Singles-Only" solvable, but pretty hard because the huge amount of houses (nonets) is dazzling.

In this example the number of eliminations by turbot-fish is so high I wonder if all of them are actually necessary to solve it?

Hi urhegyi
Not all of them are necessary, but still 10 as minimum in stead of 33 or so. See hidden text.
I will make a checkbox in version 2021-04 to stop searching per method when 1 candidate elimination is found.

No it is not minimal, maybe it is symmetric-minimal.
Locked sets one time required in middle puzzle. (Not if you use hidden constraints)
