1 Timothy 2:11-14 wrote:A woman should learn in quietness and full submission. I do not permit a woman to teach or to have authority over a man; she must be silent. For Adam was formed first, then Eve. And Adam was not the one deceived; it was the woman who was deceived and became a sinner.

So, this is the word of God?? At least you're not a feminist...

Oh for the good old days, eh... !:D

These – Nazareth, Hadad-Rimmon, Rakkath, Napthali - are in Galilee and these – Jerusalem, Jezreel, The Salt Sea - are in Judea, now in Israel and Palestine.

St Paul seems a too obvious biblical choice or does it relate to the current Middle East?

Yes, I suppose they are.

He was on the right path and saw the light.

No, nothing to do with the current Middle East.

You could be but I thought you were too old to enrol.

emm wrote:Am I a religious convert

I wouldn't have said so.

zealot with a small "z" - you could say this person applied themselves energetically in their endeavours.

b) the 2nd millennium

c) the 1st millennium

d) an absurdly long time ago

PS : How does one enrol for the road to Damascus and, hypothetically, how old would one have to be?
