It is well known that JPF and g.r.emlin are old friends. I am sure g.r.emlin wouldn't notice this little inconsistency with rules.
@JPF, hope this wasn't produced by my solver

Thank you Pat for checking the minimality of the puzzles.
To tell you the truth, after changing my process for finding puzzles , i.e.using Mladen's code, I just forgot to test their minimality.
So Mladen it's my fault, not a bug in your code ; and yes, I miss g.r.emlin : he would have warned me at the first bad entry.

Actually these non-minimals invalidate my next submissions too.
If they are the only non-minimals, should I withdraw mine and wait my turn?
Or, JPF, have you other valid submissions to REPLACE the bad ones (like the just played one)?

My contribution to the mess.
At the end some must write algorithm for rearranging the submissions in the only valid and acceptable by the g.r.emlin order.

Curiously, for this pattern the neighborhood search w/o minimality constraint demonstrated fairly good results.
Once I experimented something similar and concluded that it wouldn't work. But it works!
