Mike's submission counts as an entry, even though it was marked as invalid and resulted in a penalty
the idle time counter started with his entry
you may make another entry without penalty

the reason for this rule is that otherwise a sneaky player could make intentionally
invalid submissions to trick the most recent player into making consecutive entries

And now a sneaky player can make an invalid entry with another nick to longer the game or to make a "valid" consecutive entry

imo it would be better - but a bit complicated -, when the game is "rolled back", after gremlin observed an invalid move, i.e. this move does not count as an entry, and if there had been a consecutive entry between the invalid move and gremlin's adjustment, it does not count either, but only this player may post it later.
