We have r5c2=6 or r9c4=6, and so r1c4/r2c4<>6. After that, the puzzle is solved with a BUG+2 (r6c9<>1) or an ATILA(1) over 7 cells (r6c1=1).

Let's start by noting that if r5c2~7 then we have r9c2=9 or r3c5=7.
Ok. Consider the sets A(3,4,7,9)=[r279c1], B(2,3,4)=[r1c12], C(2,4,6,9)=[r12c7], and D(2,4,7,8)=[r5c237]. If r6c1=7 then A is locked => B locked => C locked => D locked on "2,7,8". So, r6c1<>7.
Now we have:
