If it's off-topic in the off-topic forum, it's on-topic, which means it doesn't belong in the off-topic forum because it's off-topic there.

Reminds me of a Tank McNamara cartoon in the newspaper several years ago. It seems a black basketball player was suing an NBA team for double-reverse discrimination, because the team had hired a white player instead of him, in order to meet the (unstated, but supposedly well-known) quota of 1 white player among the starting five.

This is only true if we assume the law of the excluded middle. Perhaps, we need an off-off-topic forum.
