I downloaded version labeled "Version: V1.0.0 dated June 24th 2011", and after some reverse engineering found the basic command line syntax. It runs about 30-200 times faster than SE, processing a batch of 300K non-average puzzles in 1h 23'.
Some basic documentation is welcome. It is up to you in choosing where or whether to open a discussion.

I'll answer to your post this morning in that thread

To make it short, what you downloaded is skfr, a "quasi clone" of serate the rating part of Sudoku explainer;
My solver works on completely different rules.
I think we can use the pointed thread to discuss on both.
the release V 1.0.0 is somehow outdated. I am just finishing preliminary tests to produce a V 1.1.0 with the same limitation (level 2 in serate chains) but including many adjustments, mainly those required after having made comparative tests between V.1.0.0 an serate.
the release V.2.0.0 should include the level 2.
level 2 in serate includes some ratings in the range 9.8/11, but not all of them
