thanks for the links to more samurai sudokus! I think this will keep me busy for a while. Also...that really huge one is impressive, nay, scary!!! Maybe I will get the courage to print it out and tackle it on my next airplane trip. thanks!

Fancy trying this rather large one?:)

Wow that is huge (If people are wondering where it is like I did - you have to click on the word 'this', the real URL is http://www.takana.info/numberquest/htm/number_200.htm.)

Can anyone translate the Japanese buttons etc.? Looks like an applet that lets you do pencil marks in some way, as well as enter the numbers (and presumably one of those squiggles says 'hint')

tabber, your url is broken because of the period and parentheses at the end. Here is a working url.

http://www.takana.info/numberquest/htm/number_200.htm

On the same website, you can find many other puzzles of increasing difficulty. Just click on the numbers 1 through 200.

I think actually only 100 - 200 work, but yes, there are a lot.

EDIT: My mistake! Actually there ARE 200 but you have to make the number three digits by adding leading zeroes, i.e. they are numbered 002, 002, 003, ...
