I noticed a g.r.emlin quirk here.
The given score does not take into account the two previous posts 10.3/10.3/2.6 by JPF and 1.5/1.5/1.5 by 1to9only.
Is it common?
No hope of fixing this bug?

I'm assuming g.r.emlin woke up at 7:36 (2 new submissions), 7:47 (2 more submissions), 7:58 (7 more submissions, up to and including the ED=2.3).
Then g.r.emlin would be rating the ED=10.4, ED=10.6 and ED=10.5 posted, SE 1.2.1.3 taking some time to rate these, and the status was posted 8:08.

The delay is quite noticeable if you post an ED=11.x, and g.r.emlin updates the results page after maybe 10-15 or more minutes!

that is correct.

Now, using PGExplainer which is, to my knowledge, 3 to 4 times faster than SE 1.2.1.3, will probably help g.r.emlin in its task.
I am not really conviced by the arguments given here and in the following posts for not using that faster rating tool in the Patterns Game.
