They're all minimal, but that's quite usual for low clue counts. If you have a solver, you just need to call it repeatedly for the puzzle with one clue in turn missing. If any combination solves with a unique solution, the puzzle's not minimal.

For the sake of completeness, it's worth mentioning that a fast on-the-fly test is to check
1) that there are not more than six instances of any given value;
2) that there are not five instances of any given value arranged such that three appear in a vertical band and three in a horizontal band.
