and now (2d3h), 75 puzzles -18 trumped = 57 ratings

i don't have to post any 9.x to get a positive score

my 6 posted puzzles are all x/1.2/1.2
therefore likely to be trumped

Can we stop changing the rules during a game? Note that only 50% of 1.7/1.2/1.2 submissions get trumped, so the game might never end:

the comment by m_b_metcalf does not look like a puzzle,
could not confuse any player --
the penalty is un-fair

whereas my comment
does show a puzzle with the triple ratings,
it could confuse someone --
perhaps this deserves a penalty

No, because they're then no longer rarities that can be used tactically in a later game. Note how I played a rarity at the very beginning of the current game in the full knowledge that it would be trumped but nevertheless providing me with some (much needed) residual points.
