this is not an easy request and can be an endless task
starting from what ??

I am kidding of course.
This appeared starting from ~2.5M puzzles in cache still not polluted by low-ratings search, after applying -/+2 on series of 9.7/x/y seed.
At that time the cache was enclosed in -/+2 on 9.8+/x/y. The first 9.7/x/y seed was in order of 3K puzzles. The next generations seed (which also included newly generated 9.8+/x/y puzzles) gradually decreased by a factor of ~2.

just for fun, I checked in my base of rated puzzles what I had no too far from your best and I got this one (skfr rating) somewhere in the pipe.

As it is one expected seed, I should get your puzzle in the cycle following the batch closure of the second puzzle
