A very unusual pattern !
For er<6.7, I can find only er=ep = 1.2 or 2.0 ????
The range 4.8 To 6.1 has many holes
And it's becomming hard to find new puzzles that are not er=ep = 1.2 or 2.0 even for er>=6.7
It seems that my algorithms are not good for this pattern

This is still start time plus 1.x day and we likely have covered 95% of the potential submissions playing with a limited power. This is not unusual with 22 clues;

And nothing strange in a pattern with so many high ratings to have a lmited potential for lower submissions. I have the same limits. If nobody else shows up, the winner will be the last player.
