And I lost one or 2 days in the debugging of my 17 clues search :evil:

5 new ones / 39 already in your DB => it can mean you covered 90% of the field, not 100% :?:

These new ones are rated "11.0<=er<=11.2"

Yes you found them, during this game, but they are not in your "potential hardest sudoku DB" ph_1512 !
Only 39 sudokus are in ph_1512 (isomorph), 5 are new ones !

Sorry, champagne, I did not understand you correctly
You were speaking about this specific pattern and I thought that you were speaking of the general search for hardest Sudoku.

You are certainly right !
43 of these 11.x came within the first 70 000 generated puzzles, one more is ranked 119 656... and then nothing ...
And i'm sure we have the same list (if we put them in canonical form) !

Perhaps papy999, the dealer, could add something more ?

BTW I tkink that 80 different ER is far above the known maximum for a 22 clues pattern.
