Hi Mike,

I knew that the pattern would l give at least on puzzle belonging to the data base of potential hardest, so for me, the big surprise is the final number of such puzzles and the fact that all ER ratings were there in the range 10 11.3

I had a look to the game 198. It has been an active pattern, so we have no reason to suspect missing high ratings.

my cache is empty and I stopped the generation about one week ago.

Regarding the rating 5.4, from memory, it seems that with more clues, it becomes difficult to get it. I remember old patterns having many of them, including many diamonds.
