The FIXED ... version must not be used. These are version with attempts to fix some known bugs or oddities in the serate code.
In that case, it seems that te version you are using erased the "K" rule giving a lovwer ratingfor UR's in some specific cases.

The only rating accepted here is the rating given by the referee version. (see page 1)

BTW, after 2 days I see no 10.x or 11.x, which surprises me. I'll check the status of the data base of potential hardest for that pattern.

Actually, a higher a rating, as serate gives ED=4.5/3.2/2.6.
