I'm not sure gsf is active at the moment (he had family problems). I get 10.3/10./9.9 as the rating, which trumps me

I don't understand your rating, but I made another test, putting that situation in serate's oddities

skfr rating is a diamond 10.1 (so I don't see a reasonable chance to get a ED9.9, but!!!)

I made a second run on another 64 bits computer with the original puzzle and just after the same one copied from the forum.

The first one got a 10.3 diamond, the second one a 10.2 diamond.

I carefully checked that it was the same puzzle, it is.

I suspect that the referee has a 10.2 rating.
