I am far away form my base, so I did not work on that pattern

may be 2 comments

skfr has a classical deviation +-.1 .2 to serate in that area. (better after the last fix, but coloin has a version without that last fix);
skfr can not be used as the final rating tool.

I made another search with that pattern and I am nearly sure that a 11.7 ER is possible. I have a morph with that rating, but here again, I would not produce the rating of a morph knowing that serate has it's own deviation +-.1 .2 in morphs.
