I am testing new code, but this can not explain that i did not find highest ratings.
The answer is for sure in your seeds

I am working on a wide scope, but I tested the vicinity of your findings with poor results.

Looking at the way the bundle of tools was working, I got fresh ideas on possible improvements, so I"ll have to test them on another game.

I did not stop generation, but, after my last mistake, I take more time to test a modification in my code.

Unless I find high ratings trumping your positions, you'll win the game.
