How is it possible to have a signature or some text after the "code block"

what is exactly the rule

text outside [ code ] ... [ /code ] does not (should not) matter as long as it does not parse like a grid
in your case the pip in question somehow escaped from the first line of the submitted grid
leaving only 8 positions filled for the first line
hard to see by the naked eye
