the referee polls the last page every 5 minutes
the last post can be deleted by the poster without being marked edit
otherwise g.r.emlin eventually catches edits/deletes and assigns penalties
it is possible that a post is made, g.r.emlin polls and gets the post, and then the post (still being the last post) is deleted
if that happened here then you got caught by the luck of the poll
otherwise its another mystery for the todo list
