Multi national puzzle

I remebered a variation of this classic puzzle as a child, it was a bit longer & harder, however this still should be fun for anyone who sees this for the first time....

Einstein wrote:There is a row of five houses, each having a different colour. In these houses live five people of various nationalities. Each of them nurtures a different beast, likes different drinks and smokes different brand of cigars.

* The Brit lives in the Red house.
* The Swede keeps dogs as pets.
* The Dane drinks tea.
* The Green house is on the left of the White house.
* The owner of the Green house drinks coffee.
* The person who smokes Pall Mall rears birds.
* The owner of the Yellow house smokes Dunhill.
* The man living in the centre house drinks milk.
* The Norwegian lives in the first house.
* The man who smokes Blends lives next to the one who keeps cats.
* The man who keeps horses lives next to the man who smokes Dunhill.
* The man who smokes Blue Master drinks beer.
* The German smokes Prince.
* The Norwegian lives next to the Blue house.
* The man who smokes Blends has a neighbour who drinks water.

Just as I suspected, Havard is mostly sitting in his yellow house with a cat in his lap, sipping water and cursing the expensive Dunhills in Norway...:D

The are no Comrades in this puzzle:D

The puzzle as it is right now, has a small flaw which I'm going to exploit !!!

* The owner of the cat always complains about his neighbour's dog.

I'm curious what'd be Luna's reaction when she sees all these...:D

BTW couldn't someone translate the whole lot altogether? Too lazy to type them all into babelfish...:)

ronk: It isn't "fish", it's "fisch".

RW: Moon child, is it OK to write in German?

ronk: Moon child?

emm: Child of the moon. Understand?

ronk: Not what, why!

emm: Ahh! Regards! (I think)

Thanks!:D

BTW here is the version saved in my computer (from years ago):

Another version wrote:5 Houses, 5 Colours, 5 Origins, 5 Pets, 5 Drinks, 5 Smokes.

1. The English lives in the Red house.
2. The Swede has a Dog.
3. The Dane drinks Tea.
4. The Green house is at the Left of the White house.
5. The owner of the Green house drinks Coffee.
6. The owner who smokes Pall Mall has a Bird.
7. The owner of the Yellow house smokes Dunhill.
8. The owner of the Middle house (No.3) drinks Milk.
9. The Norwegian lives in the Leftmost house (No.1).
10. The owner who smokes Blend lives next to the one who has a Cat.
11. The owner who has a Horse lives next to the one who smokes Dunhill.
12. The owner who smokes Blue Master drinks Beer.
13. The German smokes Prince.
14. The Norwegian lives next to the Blue house.
15. The owner who only drinks Water lives next to the one who smokes Blend.

Question:
Who has a Fish?

Same clues, different wordings...

It turns out one of the clues is redundant... The real challenge is to find out which is the redundant clue...
