Is this solvable?

I've been thinking lately: is diagonal hyper sudoku possible, or is that too many variables? I'm just curious since I've never seen the two ideas in the same puzzle. I'd love to know your thoughts.

if "hyper" means large-size, then yes

    some huge examples
    (box of 6x6 makes a 36-squared puzzle)
    {those are X-SuDoku i.e. 2 added houses -- diagonal + anti-diagonal}

      m_b_metcalf probably has some examples in a size more suitable for humans---

If you are referring to Windoku-X

Yes it can be solved if it has a unique solution.

It also depends on the difficulty rating (Human or Computer Solvable)
