The game server is still down though. The forums and the site are accessible again, but the Enjoy Sudoku app and web version depend on the game server. I wonder what happened - DNS could not even resolve any addresses in the enjoysudoku.com domain from Friday until today. It was as if the domain had disappeared from the internet. Maybe the game server is in another domain that hasn't yet been restored?

Edit: only the game server for the web version is down or inaccessible. The game server for the desktop app, at least, seems to be up again.

As if by magic....
Dobrichev has transmogrified / backed up the forum...
here

In view of the current connectivity issues... what do people think of moving it permanently ?

what would the procedure be ?

ie cost, hosting space, posterity issues ...

Edit ... and copyright issues ?

Everything on here and the original forums was realised under freeware copy right as far as I know.

I've been also working to translate as much as I can for math and relevant current solving tech to my reddit sub for backups as well

But it's a huge undertaking as 1 person, but so far I have reamed 40k new solvers in the last 3 years from that work
Some do, some teach, the rest look it up.
