After a full vicinity {-6,+6} search of 2:35 hh:mm, starting with the hard puzzle, I found

 10.562.597 possibles in different minlex form *) of which
  4.365.409 with no solution and
  6.192.954 with multiple solutions and
      4.234 are not minimal, so
          0 minimal puzzles to be send to SukakuExplainer for rating

*) The minlex routine is not so thorough and only swaps digits (and leave out the dots)

Maybe there is a prove that there is indeed no minimal puzzle for 7.
