Some odd connection going on here, this l$'s profile link is member999.html and my username begins with 999. Odd glitch.

[Edit: Test. Blablablabla.]

that looks like a problem with the post crash scripts
from the scraped logs I can see that the post body indicates EDITED
but the record has an empty EDITED-BY field
this may have resulted in I$ being invented as a placeholder

Jason,
if there are no other refs to user I$ then the post should be fixed to be edited by 999_springs
and user I$ should be deleted

Other posts by 999_Springs with edits attributed to l$ are here and here. Wouldn't be surprised if all of the "last edits" of 999_Springs' posts showed the same error ... probably a systematic error during reconstruction as gsf suggested.

"Last edited by" should always show the same username as the user who made the post

i hope Admin can sneak into the DataBase and make the adjustment

I fixed the edited by names.

Does anyone know if the two posts by l$ are also actually by 999_Springs?

I seriously doubt it. If one believes the dates, 999_Springs joined the forum some 15 months after those posts.

Got it.

Yes, there could well be more. There is no simple way to search for them.

multi year bump, but there are quite a lot of them still floating around. can you fix these please?

this is almost certainly true, and there are probably at least a few more around here somewhere that i haven't found. however i don't think that l$ is a placeholder as gsf suggested but a text parse error as l$ is member 999 and that's what my username starts with
