unknown type of puzzle

Today I found a type of Sudokupuzzle I don't know yet. Can anyone help me with this one? See attachement.

That looks to me like a "sudoku-XV" from SudokuXtra magazine.

The "x" pairs sum to 10, the "v" pairs sum to 5.

Also, all pairs not marked "x" or "v" do not sum to either 10 or 5.
