from what i remember try filling in the 8's abit, if u could fill in what you've already filled in on paper that would help us.

Read as far as you want help...

After initial reductions, your first placement can be made in an outtie of columns 6-9.



cage 16/3 on row 9 requires an 8. Make the reductions on row 9.
cage 13/2 in column 1 must be [7,6]
cage 11/4 in N235 locks 2 in column 7.
cage 8/2 in N2 cannot contain 6.
the last elimination causes a naked quad {1357} in column 6.
that in turn locks digit 7 in cage 8/2 in N2 which must be {17}
cage 11/4 in N235 must be {1235}, so R23C7 must be {12}
R7C8=1, R4C9=1.

The puzzle now quickly collapses with basic techniques.

I also noted that the only place 5 can go in N8 is in the 16[3] cage in Row 9
