Are there any books that provide only superior level puzzles, I'm not interested in anything less than superior?

If there are none from pappocom then are there any equivalents?

What are your recommendations?

Don't know about Pappocom, but there's Sudoku Master Class by Tom Sheldon. All puzzles are at least equivalent to superiors, some require even more techiques (swordfish/UR).
