My fellow SudokuFP dabblers might like this. It occurred to me that, since I was working on Jigsaw Layouts, I might be able to find some case where a Sudoku Jigsaw with NC mode had less than 3 clues (our current minimum for a standard SudokuNC puzzle).

This one not only has just 2 clues, they are also the same value:

This one has also been confirmed by JSudoku.

The Jigsaw layout above is particularly productive. It has 64 x 1-clue puzzles, one for every clue except for the 17 positions tagged with an "x":
