SE16 GUI displays numbers 1-16, but everywhere else uses A-P for the numbers 1-16 - Other formats: 0-9A-F, 1-9A-G, 1-16 are not supported.
A puzzle converter to the A-P format used by SE16 is here.
Some SE16 rated puzzles are posted here - if you do not wish to serate them!
The 1st 100 puzzles from Mathimagics Sudoku16-MP (2000 x Sudoku 16x16 Minimal Puzzles from here) have been rated and the ratings summarized below:
