Can Sudoku16x16Explainer also rate X-diagonals, windoku's,....?

No. Not the one from https://github.com/1to9only/Sudoku16x16Explainer

Use the Sudoku16Explainer.jar from https://github.com/1to9only/SudokuExplainer - this has SEs for sudoku sizes 4x4 - 25x25.
SE is not known for its speed! So rating the larger and more difficult sudokus is extremely slow...
