I downloaded the free trial and that was about 3 weeks ago. Yesterday I purchased the puzzle but the original download now wont open...Can you help

I uninstalled the programme and re-installed but it is still the same. I'm going mad because now I'm missing my daily "fix".


My Order Number is 03312006-70490-64013.

The message has something to do with the clock, but the clock is perfect.

(report code CCB-F). also (report code 0,3011,2647).
