Ich hoffe das jemand Deutsch kann.
Ich möchte eine Info CD machen für Schüler und Lehrer
für die Firma wo auch ein Bestellprogramm
drauf ist und nun da ich dieses spiel auch gerne Spiele
hatte ich mir gedacht das ich dieses Programm
mit auf die CD spiele.
Es werden ca. 50 CD´s und die sind kostenlos.
Ist das Erlaubt oder darf ich nur ein Link auf die
CD´s machen.

I would like to make for info. CD for pupils and teachers for the company where also an order program and now there I this play also gladly plays had I meant which I this program also on the CD play myself. Roundeboad 50 CD's and those become are free. Is permitted or may I only a Link on the CD's make.

I'm not sure that I fully understand your request, but if you are asking if my Sudoku program can be used for making a CD of puzzles to distribute (free or otherwise) to third parties, I'm afraid the answer is No.
The Licence which applies to my program stipulates that the program and the puzzles it produces are for personal consumption, and not for commercial or public use. For the exact wording, see the terms of the Licence itself.
There is a copy of the Licence in the working directory, i.e., the directory where Sudoku is installed.
The Licence has been accepted by any user who has my Sudoku program installed on his/her computer. The program cannot be installed unless the Licence has previously been accepted by the user.
You will need to get this answer translated into German.
If you do want to produce a CD of some kind, please email me with full details and I may issue you with a special Commercial Licence on a fee-paying basis.

Fortunately we have multilingual members on the forum.
I would like to add the Sudoku program on a CD that I'm distributing. The CD also contains an order entry program and 50 copies are distributed free of charge. I like your Sudoku program very much and would like to put it on this CD.
Is it allowed to add the program to the CD, or am I only allowed to put a link to the website on the CD?
