Some newspapers do this - think it is the Times with I think 4 Sudoku puzzles joined together. I would like to buy these in a book. Any ideas.. Is it printed

Yes, The Times carries the Samurai puzzles - in fact they're made of 5 constituent sudokus, though I suppose it could be thought of as 4 whole puzzles stuck together with a bit of a fifth.

Anyhow, there's not a book to my knowledge, though there's a 2006 calendar with 13 puzzles in it (Jan 2006 - Jan 2007), which you can probably find on Amazon.co.uk.

There's a book available now from Amazon, called "100 Samurai Sudoku Puzzles". A couple of mixed books are due out soon, "Killer and Samurai Sudoku: The Ultimate Challenge with 140 Puzzles" and "Will Shortz's Favorite Sudoku Variations: 100 Kakuro, Killer Sudoku, Samurai Sudoku and More Brain-twisting Puzzles".

The website Samurai Sudoku posts a new samurai puzzle every day.

You can print them out at a choice of four grid sizes.

If you use the online grid, you can enter manual pencilmarks, and get hints and step-by-step solutions.
