Can someone please help me i would like to turn off the red-warning system but i cannot find how to?

if you mean when you enter an incorrect number and it shows up in red:

go to View > Game Options. Click on the second tab - Hall of Fame and uncheck "Flag Wrong Ones".

If you click the RESET button in that tab, it'll change a couple of settings that will make you eligible for the hall of fame - that option is one of them.
