i keep getting an error message everytime i try to open the game and i cant get in.

i am running windows me

the error message i get is: Sud has caused an error in <unknown>.
Sud will now close.

If you continue to experience problems,
try restarting your computer.

i have restarted my computer several times and i continue to get that message. i have tried reapairing it from the home page but still cant get into anything

The error message appears in a Window with a title (or caption), I dare say. Does the title indicate the error is coming from the Sudoku program, or from Windows?

I don't have any clear idea what could be causing this (it's hard when the message says something like "<unknown>").

Are you using the program on a PC? (It might seem an obvious question, but I once had someone with a similar issue, and it turned out - eventually! - that he was using Sudoku on a Mac using Virtual PC.)
