Is there any way to printing out the whole customed library like the program prints miltiple puzzles? Meaning could I print my custom puzzles with answers out 60 or 100 puzzles at a time. Instead of doing them one by one?

No, the program doesn't let you print out (i.e., publish) a library book. As the Licence for the program says, the program and the puzzles it creates are for personal use, not for public or commercial use.
