Hi all,
I keep getting the message --- error in loading puzzle: data has out of range value.
It only happens when I use the branch tool. I now save the puzzle before I use the branching tool and am able to get back to where I started. Then before I branch I save it as a different name. But it is a pain to have to do it!!
Is there a work aroung for this? It only happens when I branch and the problem is it dosen't always happen. Sometimes it saves properly, then out of the blue, the error and another puzzle lost because of branching!!!!

I have had two reports from other people about a similar thing happening, sporadically. I'll be working on the fix in April.
You should make sure that your version is 1.00.03 (see http://www.sudoku.com/support.htm) - that version incorporated a partial fix but not a whole fix, it appears.
