Basically, here, you can not design an efficient expansion step without a clear definition of the ER rating target.

well that would be 11.5/11.6/11.7 !! to give a Bxb 6 and above .. or TE3

however the problem is that a {-1+1} on 30000 minimals gives 500000 minimals .... almost all with an SE > 9 ...
a {-2+2} on 100 minimals gives 800000 minimals !!

expanding them reducers the number to rate by 50% or more .. but this is slower than skfr to do
at present I take the cut off as SE 11.0 ... but that misses the uniqueness ones

My target if I start a "vicinity search" will be more "a puzzle of potential interest for a player" , but this put us somewhere in skfr rating >10, so not a big difference.

As you have all the files given by my direct search, you can have an idea of the current effect of my in house filter. As far as I can see, it is usually a SKFR rating >9.
But if the ratio of high ratings is so high 30000->500000, a filter in the vicinity search would be of small interest or rules clearing more should be added

It took 128 ms to process the 100 puzzles.

3 TE3 puzzles and higher bxb puzzles are to be found by minimizing and re rating the NEW basic E-expands found by this process

now 2/3 of my target are covered. The ratio starts/solution grids expected to be 1/2 in average goes down slowly but still around 1.5/1.
At the end, we could have covered 50M starts out of 2800M,slightly below 2%.
A vicinity search at this point should start.
Again one poor chunk (17M) in high ratings and one better (18M) with similar ratios of ratings over 10.5

this UA has 2 subsets 79r19c12 and 26rr56c59 My brute force would likely deliver only these 2.
The first one is modified as it was an isolated pattern.
The second one would give a different seed if it was processed alone.

But maybe the 2 subsets are in your 18 UAs.
