No Registration Code

Need help in getting the registration code for Sudoku. Purchased July 25 and received mail with receipt from RegSoft, with promise of another message with the code. They then referred me to Sudoku.com. Email to Gould and Son of Pappocom have gone unanswered. Can anyone suggest the next step? Still using trial version.
