Anything goes, but keep it seemly...

New moderators

In the Announcements forum, Nhernandez wrote:.... I have assigned 2 new community Moderators .... They both come highly recommended from past Moderator Udosuk. ....

A much-relieved welcome to the new Moderators. It's a pleasure logging in here without seeing all the spam about fancy new cell phones, etc. Thank you !!

Wow, great job and kudos to Pat, Glyn and the mysterious Nhernandez. It's like coming back to your room and finding the maid has cleaned up and put a mint on the pillow:D .

On the forum index page, it says that Ruud is no longer a moderator, but all of Ruud's posts still have "Moderator" under his name. Is there any reason why?

designations shown under the member-name -- such as Admin, Moderator, MVP, whatever -- are merely that: designations attached to the member-name.
you may have noticed that our new Admin (Nhernandez) has not added the relevant designation (i.e. Admin) even to his own member-name.

Has Glyn suffered the same fate as Ruud? He's only posted once since mid-November...

But the spam has not returned (has it?), so somebody must still be back there doing the job.

The Spam did indeed return recently, but disappeared almost as soon as it was posted. I think Pat is on watch, but whomever it is, they're doing a good job.

i think Glyn was usually catching it ahead of me
(it is not every day that i visit)
