On the forum index page, it says that Ruud is no longer a moderator, but all of Ruud's posts still have "Moderator" under his name. Is there any reason why?

designations shown under the member-name -- such as Admin, Moderator, MVP, whatever -- are merely that: designations attached to the member-name.

you may have noticed that our new Admin (Nhernandez) has not added the relevant designation (i.e. Admin) even to his own member-name.

The Spam did indeed return recently, but disappeared almost as soon as it was posted. I think Pat is on watch, but whomever it is, they're doing a good job.

yes i did recently catch some spam,
which is unusual --
i think Glyn was usually catching it ahead of me
(it is not every day that i visit)
