I assume the puzzle that you refer to is 225x225_quadminimal.txt. As I'm rather busy, I can't do any benchmarking at the moment. Maybe hkociemba
can oblige.
I recall someone posting a 1000x1000 somewhere, but in general there is little further interest in these behemoths.
