Hi there, been trying to get this killer started, but I can't solve even one cage. I already tried Andrew Stewart's solver, it gave up after a few steps. I do have the solution of the puzzle, but I don't want to use that. Just want a clue on how to start. Thanks! Btw. the puzzle is from the book "Killer-Sudoku 5" by Stefan Heine and it's rated hardcore.

This puzzle seems to be extremely difficult, as SudokuSolver was not able to complete it. I don't think most human solvers would be able to do anything with it.
