Loss of function of the "select all" button provided above the code tag,I don't know if this is the case with my forum friends.

I may have used 'select all' once, with the observed result, and never used it again! If I need copy from code section, I use mouse to select the section I want, then Ctrl-C.

One reason may be because the forum software is ancient, I'm guessing phpBB 3.0.x (from about 10-15 yrs ago!). The code that runs on 'select all' is 'selectCode(a)' in 'styles/prosilver/template/forum_fn.js' - looking at the code, it supports the popular browsers from that time: IE, IE9+, Firefox and Opera.

In the latest phpBB 3.3.8, 'select all' works fine in present day browsers.
