Can anyone tell me if the answers to the five killer sodoku puzzles that were published in wed 31st Sept issue of the times.

If not can anyone help with the Deadly one Just a couple of clues will do.

Hello momo.

I haven't seen the answers to those puzzles in the Times yet. I could tell you what I had if you like, or would you prefer a few clues?

Looking at the Deadly one, it's hard to remember how I did it, but in box 4, the two numbers adding up to 16 must be 7 and 9. From this you can deduce which two numbers must make the 12, and after that you can see what the numbers adding up to 7 in the same box must be.

Just remembered another hint: bear in mind that boxes 3, 6 and 9 must add up to 135. If you add up the totals of the enclosures in those 3 boxes, the difference between the total and 135 gives you the number in row 7, column 6. You can use this technique again in boxes 1, 4 and 7, where one cell spills over into box 2.

That helped a lot Hope i can get on and finish this one now been at it for a week. It's driving me nuts.
